Here’s another great Christmas card, all made from elements of the Carta Bella Christmas Market paper line. If you’re just starting out and want to make your own Christmas cards, you don’t need a lot of supplies – just some good heavy weight cardstock, a great collection of coordinating papers, a few sentiment stamps and some ink can produce a pile of beautiful cards in no time at all.
For this card I chose some red and green cardstock and a few pieces of the Christmas Market paper line. Then I took one of the matching frames from the ephemera pack of the collection and adhered it to the card front. I attached some burlap twine to each side of the tag. Then, in the tag opening, I stamped a large holiday sentiment using Stampin’ Up ink in Real Red.
To finish off the card and add a little extra dimension, I took a few of the poinsettia stickers from the sticker sheet that came with the paper line and decorated the corners of the tag.
