I hadn’t bought any Stampin’ Up supplies in quite some time, as the SU! representative I had left the company. But after seeing some cards on Pinterest and a few technique videos, I knew I really wanted to pick up the Woodlands embossing folder. I love this thing! Not only does it emboss, but you can use Distress Inks to create shading AND stamp your image inside your folder before running it through your Big Shot and everything comes out done in one pass!

I can see me using this technique again and again in the future, and for more than just Christmas. Look for Halloween, Fall and maybe even some spring notecards in the future featuring this embossing folder.
