I used to be an avid biker. Its been a while (and it shows), but I thought this little die was so cute that I just had to have it.
I die cut the bicycle frame three times from cardstock and layered the dies on top of each other to really make the bike pop off the page – it also helps to make the die sturdier. I used two layers only for the tires, and just one layer for the spokes. It adds some pretty great depth and dimension as well.
I used the lovely Bo Bunny Enchanted Garden collection for my background paper, a sentiment from the Simon Says Stamp Dandelion Messages set that came in the May 2021 card kit, and added a few green, purple and iridescent sequins.
All in all, a cute little card to welcome the warmer weather of summer.
