Sugar Skull

Sugar skulls are so cool. I was totally pumped to see Silhouette Cameo had a few sugar skull die cut options, so after some size adjustments I got one that fit on a card front and wow – what an impact!

This guy literally pops right off the cover from all the way across the room! It takes a little bit of patience to cut him out using the Silhouette Cameo because of how intricate he is. I used the double-cut feature on my machine to ensure a full cut all the way through my cardstock.

Then I added some spooky extras, like dripping blood, spider web borders and a great skull and crossbones paper from Stampin’ Up! But there is no question what takes center stage on this card.
