For this card I decided to use the same background paper I used on the Peacock Collection #1 card and reverse it but using it to die cut a peacock feather using the Feather on the Wind die set from Spellbinders.
I also used a white on white stamping technique for the sentiment, and added a bit of added visual interest with some Liquid Pearl drops.
