I had a need to boost the number of more “masculine” cards in my collection so I could send them out to friends and family who might not appreciate flowers and rainbows quite as much as I do! I pulled out my BoBunny Anthem Collection for this card, and flipped through all the designs several times before I really focused in on the playing cards. I cut them out before I was even sure what I was going to do with them, but once I had them fanned out in my hand it really came together.
I glued all the playing cards together in a fan and chose two coordinating papers from the same line for my card front. I didn’t have any kind of sentiments that would really work, so I cut the words “Big Deal” using my Silhouette Cameo, and then stamped the “You’re a” stamp from Lawn Fawn Upon a Star on a pennant banner. But I was still missing a little something – and then I thought poker chips. So I cut those out using my Silhouette Cameo as well, layered all the die pieces together, and popped them up on my card front. I also used a few little hexagon dies from the matching BoBunny Anthem Noteworthy paper pack in the bottom right corner, for some added visual interest.
